# Privacy Policy

> How WLTH (Metamasters DAO Corporation) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data under GDPR, plus your rights as a data subject and how to contact us.

## Information we collect

WLTH collects the following through the App:

* **Personal data**: name, email, public wallet address, phone number, government ID (for KYC/AML), and other information you provide. We only collect data necessary for the purposes below.
* **Device information**: device model, OS version, IP address, and unique device identifier.
* **Usage data**: features accessed, transactions made, and time spent in the App.

## Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on these grounds:

The App is not intended for users under **18**. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data.

We may update this policy and will post the new version in the App.
